Duties include general management and support for development and maintenance of resource and cost-loaded schedules through design and construction phases using P6; bottleneck analysis; reporting; cost estimate and control; document control using Buzzsaw; track cost and resource utilization with analysis of impact on deadlines; review project data and make recommendations; monitor schedule and cost performance against baselines; prepare cost and schedule variance reports; chair weekly co-ordination meetings and prepare minutes; supervise inspectors and technicians.
Requires Masters in Construction Engineering and Management.
